CUSTOMER CARE

Festival tickets are nonrefundable. However, If you purchase your ticket and due to a change in certain circumstances are no longer able to attend, you are able to transfer your ticket to another person However it is your responsibility to find the recipient. Please note an administration fee of $25 will be applied.

Ticket purchased with spherical discounted price as well as PAY UR WAY pass are not refundable nor transferable to another person or to another year.

Please note: 
If you select the cash/bank transfer payment option, your bank transfer needs to be done within 24 hours of registration.  The ticket will be cancelled automatically in the event of late transfer.

PAY UR WAY

​TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Tickets purchased by Pay UR Way are not refundable nor transferable to another person.

  • The PayUrWay ticket applies from 1st EB onwards only. 

  • This ticket can not be transferred to another person or year. 

  • A starter fee of $80 must be paid upfront.

  • The remaining amount of the ticket price must be paid by 5th November.

  • Instalment amounts must be $50 or more. 

  • By purchasing your ticket you have agreed to these term & conditions. 

  • You need to send us email with your payments each time.

You agree to participate at our events completely at your own risk and take full responsibility for your own safety and well being, including those of your guests. You agree and thereby forever waive, exonerate and fully release Cloud9 and its affiliates from any legal action or liability in any manner whatsoever. Your attendance at this event signifies that you have read and accepted the terms of this Liability Waiver. If you don’t feel well, have recently tested positive or have recently been exposed to Covid-19, please stay home and rest
