Stall holder fee
hire is for entire period from Thursday afternoon 12pm to Sunday afternoon 5pm.
Pricing & Hire Options
$350 for 1 space – dimensions 2m deep by 4m long
$450 for double space
**Note: Festival Full Pass holder’s receive discount of $50 off their stall space hire.
Additional Costs
Note that if you require set up equipment or materials such as tables or tents, dividers, etc, these can be made available at an additional cost. Please inform us and we can obtain a quote for you.
Stall location
Stalls will be set up on the Veranda of the Old Museum, which has overhead cover, however no cover from the sides.
Please refer attached schematic.
NOTE: Vendors will need to move their stalls inside overnight. Stalls to be moved inside at 5pm, upon completion of workshops.
