4 Hours of  Intensive Training with the amazing Bruna & Lucas. 😍

Here is a brief description of what this Intensive course is all about. 

** INTRO 

Lucas & Bruna are one of the most popular and inspiring dancers of Brazilian Zouk, and we are so looking forward to the amazing opportunity of having them join us for a wonderful festival and being able to learn from these amazing instructors and artists.

To maximise this rare opportunity, we are organising an extra Intensives session on the Thursday 21st November, to give our Zouk lovers some more personalised contact time to explore these wonderful artists’ philosophy and knowledge and teachings, and to help you to improve your dancing and connection with your dance partner.

This Intensives workshops will be aimed at our more experienced Zouk dancers to explore and learn directly what techniques they use to create the inspiring, fun and beautiful movements which we see in their dance. 

Lucas and Bruna, who epitomise creativity, energy and incredible dancing, will explain their methodology and techniques to focus on how to achieve smoother, cleaner movements and communication with your partner..

** COURSE CONTENT

"CONTACT TRIANGULATION" 

Focusing On: Techniques for leader and follower communication (leading and following) 

Bruna & Lucas will share their methods and exercises to explore the concepts of the Dance Triangle – Movement, Communication & Music 

Extra Focus will be given to 'Communication' to facilitate more awareness and improve your partnership and lead and follow in your dance.

Some of the exercises will include:

- Experiences and visual techniques 

- Kinesthetic experiments and techniques 

- Experimental and auditory techniques 

- How to use on Zouk movements

** LEVEL: 

 Advanced level Zouk dancers. 

** WHEN:

Thursday the 21st Nov, 4 hours contact workshops from 12:00 – 4:30pm, with 1/2 hour break.

Studio 3 - Old Museum, Bowen Bridge Rd, Bowen Hills

PRICING:

$100 for 4 hours of training, which includes the Pre-party entry on Thurs 21st Nov. 

NOTE: For our interstate and overseas dancers, please ensure your flight bookings allow you time to arrive at the Old Museum on the Thursday, ready to start the course at no later than 12:00 noon.
