4 Hours of Intensive Training with Anderson and Brenda on their own special 'Brenderson Technique' 😍 

Here is a brief description of what this Intensive course is all about. 

** INTRO 

We have all seen the absolutely inspiring freedom of movement and beautiful flow of energy in the dances of this amazing partnership lately, and have a ton of appreciation for what they do as artists. ♥ And we know you’d like to hear and see and learn more from these wonderful instructors and beautiful people! 

So…. we have organised an extra session on the Thursday 21st November, which will be aimed at the Advanced to Professional level Zouk dancer, to give the opportunity to learn directly from these dedicated and inspiring artists and to help with your own self development as a dancer. 

** COURSE CONTENT: 

Concepts of the 'Brenderson Technique' - Focusing on: "EFFICIENT MOVEMENT AND FLOW" 

In this 4 hours session we are going to share and teach you how we use the dance and the movement as a tool for connection with our body and mind. 

We will start by teaching you a sequence of movements that we use to help our bodies to flow, and after that we will dive into the technique of effortless movement, awareness of muscle tension, and organization of the skeleton to flow the movement from toe-to-head. We will also combine these studies into exercises that allow our mind and body to connect better to ourselves and with each other. 

To finish off, we will take all of what we’ve covered and bring it into the sequence again to apply different qualities, dynamics and perceptions using the new philosophies and techniques you have learnt. 

** LEVEL: 

Advanced to Professional level Zouk dancers. 

** WHEN: 

Thursday the 23RD Nov, 4 hours contact workshops from 9:30 – 2:30pm , with a 1/2 hour break.

Studio 2 - Old Museum, Bowen Bridge Rd, Bowen Hills

** PRICING: 

$100 for 4 hours of training, which includes the Pre-party entry on Thurs 21st Nov. 

NOTE: For our interstate and overseas dancers, please ensure your flight bookings allow you time to arrive at the Old Museum on the Thursday, ready to start the course at no later than 12:00 noon.
